Q: How do I make a direct contribution to the endowment fund?
One hundred percent of all proceeds are contributed to the endowment. If you would like to make an addiitonal contribution, please visit the link HERE. Select 'Other' from the dropdown list, then list 'The Jack E. Foster, Sr. Endowed Scholarship' in the 'Other/Designation' text box.
Q: When are pre-orders accepted?
Great news! Beginning December 1, 2024, we will eliminate the pre-order window. You can pre-order merchandise anytime throughout the month.
Q: When will my order ship?
All items are made-to-order. Made-to-order items will be shipped (fulfilled) 4-6 weeks from your order date.
Q: What if my package is lost in transit or not delivered?
All orders are insured. Please contact the specified carrier and file a claim.
Q: Are returns accepted?
All sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.
